Just leave this here....After today's match.

A list of available pegs will be outside and inside the cabin. The pegs will be limited to 19 on Chestnut and 13 on Cherry Lake allowing a minimum of 15mtrs between anglers to comply with social distancing guidelines. You will need to specify which lake you are fishing on to ensure that we do not exceed lake capacity taking into account those that have pre booked.
? Once you leave the cabin go immediately to your peg.
? Whilst fishing please keep to the minimum social distancing rules.
? When you have finished for the day, please leave, no gathering permitted.
? We would finally ask that all anglers that have not been with us before read our fishery rules which are on our
website (www.swanlands.co.uk) or outside the cabin.
Note – Anyone not following the above rules or our fishery rules will be asked to leave our complex.
We thank you all for your attention to the above and we very much look forward to seeing you all again.

Whilst the COVID 19 virus is still in circulation our club needs a standard operating procedure to ensure conformance with the social distancing rules.

The items below are our proposal to ensure social distancing and the safety of our members. This is moving to the "new normal" and no doubt will continue to evolve as we continue the COVID journey.

Payment has to be received before the match date
The draw is done the night before the match and anglers are allocated the peg.
All anglers to drive straight to peg on morning of match in own cars and not carrying passengers
2m social distancing guidelines to be followed at all times before, during and after the match
Nets to be dried before the all in
Designated starter to blow whistle for start of match
After match finishes all anglers to pack up and only leave nets in water.
Designated weigher and scorer will arrive at each peg with tripod and scales
The angler tips his fish into the bag using the tripod frame. ( may pay to use 3 or more nets and even split as easier with new bag support)
The weigher then puts bag on scales, reads them and then tells the scorer
The weigher then tips the fish back, this to be repeated until all fish have been weighed
Once all fish have been weighed the angler then packs away his nets and leaves the site (no following the scales)
The weigher and scorer moves to next angler and carries on until all anglers have weighed in
The results will be published on the forum and Facebook the same night and any money paid out at the same time by the same way it was paid in.

Everyone's safety is paramount and we must look after each other during these strange times.
