Glebe Fishery potential replacement knock up

With the Big Bash Angling Club receiving the full time ban from the Glebe Fishery are there any other " special venues" members would like to visit?

We cant guarentee being able to book a knock up but it may be worth a try for that extra special day out the Glebe used to offer us.

I would suggest venues within a days traveling there and back. Glebe was between 1.5 and 2 hours for all of us each way.
Glebe was 1 hr 50 from Scunny
Decoy is 2 hours from Scunny slightly stretching it maybe.
So what other venues are within this range that you have always wanted to fish, tempt you and guarentee a goood day out for the club?

No idea what this range covers and special waters within this distance so over to you for suggestions for a day out if we can book something.

I do know that quite a lot of members looked forward to the Glebe  away day and so it seems a shame we do not replace the venue with an alternaive if at all possible?

Much more bloody rain and they will all be joined up as one..........

Check out Winfield Lakes Spaldington near Howden a lot shorter trip than glebe and full of fish two lakes a 15 pegger and 24 pegger with sandwiches available and hot drinks before the match

Cant think of anywhere at the mo.But yes would like a day like the Glebe to continue.
